1. Acceptance of Terms By using PostLens, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

2. User Accounts

• Accounts are strictly personal (one per person).
• We may ban accounts for violations of these terms.

3. Payments and Refunds

• We offer one-time and subscription payments via Lemon Squeezy.
• No refunds are provided for purchased credits except in exceptional cases. Credits are a virtual currency used exclusively for generating articles and accessing premium content on our platform. Once purchased, credits remain valid in your account until used. Due to the digital nature of our services and the inability to track credit usage with complete certainty, all credit purchases are final. However, in rare cases, we may consider refunds at our discretion. This should not be interpreted as a guarantee.
• No refunds are provided for the CMS (Content Management System) Fee except in exceptional cases. The CMS Fee refers to PostLens’ built-in system that allows developers to integrate articles and user-generated content directly into their websites. As this fee covers computational bandwidth costs, we are unable to guarantee any refunds.

4. User Content

• Users own 100% of their content (articles, styles, files, automations, etc.).
• Every user is fully responsible for their content on PostLens.
• We do not claim any rights over your data.
• Users are not allowed to upload any images or content that are sexually suggestive in any forms. We have strict security measures to prevent that from happening.

5. AI-Generated Content

• Copyright Status: The copyright status of AI-generated articles may vary by jurisdiction. While we provide the tools for creation, users are responsible for understanding the copyright implications in their jurisdiction.
• Images: All images provided through our platform are sourced from Pexels and are subject to the Pexels License. Users must comply with Pexels' terms when using these images.
• Content Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for the content they generate using our AI tools, including any potential plagiarism, copyright infringement, or factual inaccuracies.
• No Legal Advice: We do not provide legal advice regarding the use or copyright status of AI-generated content. Consult a legal professional for guidance specific to your situation.
