Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms By using Developer Journal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

Additionally, by using Developer Journal, you give us permission to send you up to 2 emails related to your account. Emails in question are sent to prevent data deletion. They are not related to marketing or advertisement.

2. User Accounts

• Accounts are strictly personal (one per person).
• Authentication is only available via GitHub.
• We may ban accounts for violations of these terms.

3. Payments and Refunds

• We offer one-time payments or monthly subscriptions via Lemon Squeezy.
• Refunds are available up to 14 days after purchase when used the “Lifetime” payment plan. Refunds do not apply for monthly subscriptions, however, we might offer one for case-to-case basis

4. User Content

• Users own 100% of their content (journal entries, projects, etc.).
• We do not claim any rights over your data.
• Users are not allowed to upload any images or content that are sexually suggestive in any forms. We have strict security measures to prevent that from happening.
• We have the right to remove your account after 14 days of inactivity if it is not on a paid plan. For subscriptions, the timer activates after it expires. It also applies to accounts that got created but no payment was ever processed on them.

5. Prohibited Activities Users must not:

• Spam, launch DDoS/DoS attacks, or engage in malicious activity.
• Use the platform for illegal purposes.
• Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities.
